AI FOR CUSTOMER-CENTRIC INNOVATION
Design Thinking, Agile & Machine Learning, Gen AI and AI Agents
Customer expectations are rising while AI capabilities are maturing quickly. Organisations that pair a deep
understanding of customers with disciplined delivery and the right AI tools, whether Gen AI, machine
learning or AI agents, will earn trust and efficiency at the same time.
This workshop combines three IBA CICT learning tracks into one intensive three-day journey. It begins with
Customer-Centric Innovation, using Design Thinking, Agile and Gen AI to find and shape the right problems.
It adds an Agile and Machine Learning Initiative, where teams learn to run ML work as a series of short
experiments. It closes with Agents at Your Service, where teams build, connect, govern and pitch AI agents.
Participants finish with working prototypes, not just knowledge.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Empathise and define: understand customers and frame problems using design thinking.
- Ideate and prototype: generate, prototype and test customer-centric ideas quickly.
- Work with Gen AI: use Gen AI as a co-creator across research, ideation, writing and planning.
- Deliver in an agile way: run backlogs, sprints and MVP roadmaps for AI-enabled services.
- Apply machine learning: translate business problems into ML problems, prepare and explore data, and
train and evaluate models using no-code/AutoML tools. - Run agile ML initiatives: plan ML work as experiment sprints, with model cards and a path to
deployment and monitoring. - Build agents: understand Agentic AI fundamentals and build agents for customer engagement.
- Orchestrate and integrate: create context-aware and multi-agent workflows and integrate them with
enterprise systems and tools. - Govern: implement AI governance, monitoring and best practices.
- Adopt: develop adoption strategies and business value frameworks.
- Customer experience, service, operations and process teams
- Digital, IT, data and analytics professionals
- Product, innovation, strategy and business leaders
- Compliance, risk, policy and governance representatives
No coding background is required. Participants should be comfortable using a laptop and web-based tools.
Mixed-function teams are strongly recommended.
