Program Overview

Since 2018, IBA CICT has been proudly collaborating with the National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) under the Prime Minister’s Youth Skills Development Program (PMYSDP) to deliver high-impact, technology-driven training programs at IBA Karachi.

Through this ongoing partnership, IBA CICT has consistently empowered youth by offering specialized training in high-demand domains such as Big Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, Cyber Security, ERP, Project Management, and Branding & Marketing. These programs are offered free of cost, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for aspiring learners across diverse backgrounds.

Each training initiative is designed to equip participants with practical, industry-relevant skills that enhance employability and prepare them to confidently enter the modern workforce. By aligning with evolving market needs, IBA CICT continues to play a vital role in developing a skilled talent pool capable of contributing to Pakistan’s digital and economic growth.

Introduction

NAVTTC Skills of Tomorrow Batch 1, in collaboration with IBA CICT, offers five in-demand technology courses at IBA Karachi. Since 2017, IBA-CICT has been collaborating with NAVTTC & enabling youth to gain practical, industry-relevant digital skills.

Courses Offered in current batch at IBA Karachi:

  • AI Financial Analyst with Power BI
  • AI for Everyone
  • AI Powered Ecommerce
  • Graphic Design and Video Editing
  • Digital Marketing & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Program Detail

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Venue: IBA City Campus, Garden, Karachi
  • Document Submission: One original educational document will be required after final selection for submission which will be released by the end of the course.
  • Testing Requirement: A General NTS Test will be conducted by NAVTTC and NTS after registration.

 

STEP BY STEP GUIDE:


Step 1: Access the NAVTTC Portal

Before filling out the form, you must log into the official system:

  • Go to the Portal: Open nsis.navttc.gov.pk in your web browser.

  • Existing Users: Log in using your CNIC as your Login ID and your password.

  • New Users: If you do not have an account yet, click on Register as Candidate to create your account first.

Step 2: Basic Profile Information

Once logged in, fill out your personal details:

  • Personal Details: Enter your Full Name, Father’s Name, Gender, and Date of Birth.

  • Identity & Contact: Input your CNIC/POR number, Mobile Number, and Email Address.

  • Location: Select your District of Residence and Domicile (e.g., Karachi Malir), then provide your complete Postal Address.

  • Additional Categories: Check any checkboxes that apply to you (such as Hafiz-e-Quran or Certified Sportsman).

Step 3: Document Upload

Upload the necessary files to verify your profile:

  • Required Files: A clear front image of your CNIC and a recent Profile Picture.

  • File Requirements: * Allowed formats: .jpg, .jpeg, or .png

    • Maximum file size: 250 KB

Step 4: Educational Qualifications

Provide the details of your highest or most recently completed qualification:

  • Degree Details: Select your qualification level (e.g., Intermediate/Equivalent).

  • Specialization & Institute: Choose your field (e.g., Computer Science and Related Fields) and type in your institute’s name.

  • Marks & Proof: Enter your final percentage and click Upload Degree/Certificate to attach a copy of your academic document.

Step 5: Trade & Course Selection (IBA Karachi)

To choose the program at IBA Karachi, select these exact options in the final section:

  • Program: Skills of Tomorrow (SOT) - Batch I

  • Sector: Information Technology

  • District: Karachi south (Make sure to choose Karachi South to select IBA Karachi)

  • Trade: Select your preferred course (e.g., AI Financial Analyst with Power BI)

  • Institute: Institute of Business Administration Karachi

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: Intermediate
  • For Power BI Course: 14 Years of Education Required
  • Those candidates who have already completed/ enrolled in any of the previous batches of NAVTTC Programs are ineligible.

Program Fee

  • Program fee PKR 40,000/- (excluding SST), must be submitted before the commencement of classes (Discounts are Available).
  • A special incentive of a 10% discount is available for those who choose to pay the full program fee in advance.

Installment Plan

We provide a flexible installment plan that consists of two payments:

  • The initial installment amount is 20,000.
  • The second installment amount is 20,000.

Student Policy

  • It is essential for program participants to fulfill the requirement of clearing the program fee.
