Day 1 builds a rock-solid foundation and transitions participants from theory to action — designing, prompting, and deploying their first working AI agents through real use cases.
Day 1 Objectives:
- Understand the architecture and ecosystem of Agentic AI
- Differentiate agentic AI from traditional ML and chatbot systems
- Map engineering journey opportunities for AI agent deployment
- Build, prompt, and test a basic AI agent for interaction
- Chain tools and memory to create context-aware, persistent agent
DAY 2 — ORCHESTRATION, INTEGRATION & ENTERPRISE DEPLOYMENT
Day 2 elevates participants to enterprise-grade thinking — orchestrating networks of agents, integrating with real business systems, ensuring responsible deployment, measuring ROI, and delivering a Capstone Project to peers and facilitators.
Day 2 Objectives:
- Design multi-agent orchestration patterns for complex workflows
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems: CRM, ERP, databases, and communication APIs
- Implement monitoring, guardrails, and responsible AI governance practices
- Build a business case and ROI framework for agentic AI investment
- Present a complete Capstone AI Agent solution to peers and receive structured feedback
