Agentic AI for Business Leaders

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.

You Don't Need to Be an Engineer to Lead an AI Transformation.

Gain genuine fluency in generative and agentic AI — not as a passive chatbot user, but as a leader who can evaluate, build, govern, and roll out AI-driven automation inside your own organization. This diploma is built specifically for non-technical professionals: no coding, no prior AI exposure, and no assumed background required. Across six modules, you move from core AI literacy to hands-on, no-code automation building, private AI deployment, and a final capstone where you design a real organizational automation roadmap — not a classroom exercise.

Curriculum Breakdown

Module

What It Covers

Foundations: AI, LLMs & the Platform Landscape

Core AI/LLM literacy in plain language, the difference between generative and agentic AI, and how to evaluate major AI platforms

Governance, Risk & Leading AI Adoption

Data privacy and compliance fundamentals, AI risk categories, human-in-the-loop design, and how to lead AI adoption inside an organization

Hands-On Agent & Automation Building

Building real no-code automations and agents using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, and Microsoft Copilot Studio

Your Own Private AI: Local & On-Premise LLMs

Running AI models entirely privately using Ollama and LM Studio, and connecting them to your own organizational documents

Departmental Use-Case Application Tracks

Applying automation to a real department of your choice — Marketing & Sales, Finance & Operations, HR & Administration, Customer Service, or Supply Chain & Inventory

Capstone:Organizational Automation Roadmap

Designing, building, and presenting a complete automation plan for a real organizational challenge, including a risk and governance package

By the end of this diploma, you will be able to:

  • Explain generative and agentic AI in plain, confident terms — to your leadership, your team, and your peers — without relying on technical jargon you don’t fully understand yourself.
  • Evaluate AI platforms and tools against real organizational needs, rather than choosing based on hype or vendor marketing.
  • Build working no-code automations and AI agents using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, and Microsoft Copilot Studio — with no coding background required.
  • Deploy AI privately and securely using local, on-premise tools like Ollama and LM Studio, directly addressing the data-privacy concerns that stall AI adoption in sensitive industries.
  • Design and lead AI governance frameworks — drafting usage policies, managing risk, and applying human-in-the-loop principles before automation goes live.
  • Apply automation directly to your own department — Marketing, Finance, HR, Customer Service, or Supply Chain — with a use case built specifically for how your function actually operates.
  • Build a complete organizational automation roadmap, including a working prototype, a risk and governance package, and a realistic rollout plan.
  • Lead AI adoption inside your organization — building buy-in, communicating ROI, and navigating the reasons most AI pilots stall before they scale.
  • Position yourself as the person in your organization who can evaluate, propose, and lead real AI automation — a rare and increasingly valuable skill set as agentic AI adoption accelerates.
  • 100 Hours, 80% Hands-On — built around real building, not passive lecture; even the conceptual modules include embedded hands-on work.
  • Genuinely No-Code, Genuinely Non-Technical — every tool taught (n8n, Zapier, Make, Copilot Studio, Ollama, LM Studio) is built for this diploma to require zero coding background, unlike most agentic AI training on the market today.
  • A Dedicated Module on Private, On-Premise AI — learn to run AI entirely on your own infrastructure using Ollama and LM Studio, directly solving the data-privacy concern that stalls AI adoption in banking, healthcare, and legal environments.
  • Choose Your Own Departmental Track — apply everything you learn to a real use case in Marketing & Sales, Finance & Operations, HR & Administration, Customer Service, or Supply Chain & Inventory.
  • A Real Organizational Roadmap, Not a Classroom Exercise — your capstone is a working prototype plus a complete risk, governance, and rollout plan for your own organization.
  • On Completion, an IBA Certificate — a diploma-grade, non-technical AI credential built for leaders, not engineers.

  • A Faster Path from AI Pilot to AI Adoption — trained employees understand why AI pilots typically stall and how to build the governance and buy-in needed to scale past them.
  • Shape the Capstone Around Your Own Organization — the final roadmap project can be built around a real automation challenge from your business, so your employee’s capstone delivers direct, applicable value.
  • Reduce Dependency on External AI Consultants — build in-house capability to identify, build, and govern automation, rather than outsourcing every AI initiative.
  • AI Adoption Lead / AI Transformation Manager — you can evaluate, propose, and lead organization-wide AI automation initiatives, backed by a real rollout plan you’ve already built.
  • Automation Strategist — you’ve built working no-code automations and can identify where automation delivers the fastest, most visible ROI across departments.
  • AI Governance & Risk Lead — you understand AI risk categories, human-in-the-loop design, and how to draft organizational AI usage policy.
  • Departmental Operations Manager (AI-Enabled) — whether in Marketing, Finance, HR, Customer Service, or Supply Chain, you can apply automation directly to your own function’s real workflows.
  • AI Change Management Consultant — you understand why AI pilots stall and how to build the buy-in and governance needed to scale them organization-wide.
  • Private AI Deployment Specialist — you can deploy on-premise AI solutions for organizations with data-privacy or compliance sensitivities.

Freelance & Consulting-Ready

With hands-on experience across no-code automation tools, private AI deployment, and organizational governance, graduates are positioned to advise or consult for organizations that need AI leadership without hiring a full-time technical team.

Do I need a coding or technical background to join?

No. This diploma is built specifically for non-technical professionals — no prior AI, coding, or automation experience is assumed anywhere in the curriculum.

Yes. The program is designed for a mixed, cross-functional audience across departments and seniority levels. If you’re a manager, executive, or department head in any function, this program is built for you.

A personal or work laptop capable of running a modern browser. One module (private AI deployment) requires installing a lightweight local AI application, which is covered hands-on during the session.

Assessment is entirely applied — no written exams. You’re evaluated through module labs, peer review, and a final capstone presentation of your organizational automation roadmap.

On successful completion of all six modules and the capstone, you receive the IBA Diploma in Agentic AI for Business Leaders.

Yes. Organizations regularly nominate employees for this diploma, and the capstone roadmap can be built around a real automation challenge from your business for added applied value.

Applications require a Rs. 1,500/- enrollment fee, followed by an on-campus test/interview. Shortlisted candidates are notified via email. The full program fee is PKR 150,000/- (+3% SST), with flexible payment plans available.

This is an on-site, in-person program held at IBA City Campus, delivered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Yes — technical participants often get the most value from the governance and organizational rollout content, which purely technical AI courses don’t cover. That said, if you’re specifically looking for deep coding and agent-engineering content, our forthcoming Agentic AI Engineering Diploma (technical track) will be a better fit.
