ADJUNCT PROFESSOR LEADERSHIP AND INNOVATION, NEW YORK UNIVERSITY

Tariq is a recognized business leader in innovative marketing strategy, digital marketing, social media, and the diversity arena. Tariq has had a distinguished twenty-year career and held senior management roles for major global Fortune companies including ING, Nationwide, and MetLife. In his last corporate position, Tariq was Senior Vice President and head of market development for ING, where he led ING’s strategy to expand growing target markets with multichannel distribution. Tariq is also credited with developing and supporting the largest and most diverse distribution channel in the financial services industry. He has launched several award-winning branding campaigns, marketing programs, and social media campaigns for the African American, Hispanic, Asian, and women’s markets. Tariq also has impressive contributions in the nonprofit world. He is a board of directors at the Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund (APIASF) and of the Asian Pacific Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS). He also is a board of directors at the National Association of Asian MBA (NAAMBA) and Ascends, which is the largest Asian American professional organization. Tariq is also the chairman of the board of trustees at Stratford University, VA. Tariq especially enjoys his role as an adjunct professor at New York University graduate school. His expertise/courses include Integrated Marketing Communications, Competitive Strategy, Social Media, Public Relations, and C-Suite Leadership.
JAVAID IQBAL, CEO, TRANSFORMX

Javaid Iqbal is an innovative and multilingual strategist/advisor/educator who has been helping transform businesses and governments across North America, Europe, and Asia for the past two decades. As the co-founder & CEO of TransformX, his focus is on leading the firm in the digital customer transformation, disruption, and innovation space. He is a certified Board Director, advises multiple tech startups, teaches innovation-focused executive and board-level courses globally, is a former adjunct professor at DePaul University, and is actively researching the effects of The Fourth Industrial Revolution in the developing world. Previously, Javaid served as a Customer Engagement and Success Leader at Salesforce and held leadership positions at multiple consultancies including EY and PwC. Javaid attended Purdue University for his undergraduate studies in Computer Information Systems and went on for graduate-level work in Strategy and Management at Northwestern University where the focus of his academic research was bridging the business, technology, and communication gap towards finding growth opportunities across global enterprises.

Aamir is currently a Managing Director for Futurity First Insurance Group (FFIG). Aamir has 26 years of experience with a successful record of accomplishment of growing diversity in corporate America. His expertise in sales and marketing and managing an experienced diverse workforce includes working for Nationwide, MetLife, Prudential, and MONY/AXA. Aamir has won many sales and management awards throughout his career including the MDRT qualifier 3 times. He is on the Membership Committee of GAMA International and in 2015 was named GAMA International Volunteer of the Year. He has won other GAMA awards over the past few years and served on the NAIFA National 20/20 task force as a member of their National Diversity Council. He remains active within his community in Chicago as VP of the FBI Chicago Citizens Academy Alumni Association and as a board member of their Founders Council. He’s active on the Chicago Roundtable who helps many governmental organizations (FBI, TSA, USCIS, CBP, ICE, FEMA, etc.) learn about challenges in their communities.

Mr. Ehtasham Uddin
Mr. Ehtasham Uddin is an Associate Cost Management Accountant (ACMA) and holds a Master of Computer Science degree. He is currently serving as a Partner with Suntax Finact & Co (a professional tax & financial services firm). He has an exposure of over 8 years in corporate finance and advisory services during which period he remained associated with developing different projects feasibility, business valuation and financial modeling.
Furthermore, he also has more than 10 years of teaching experience in the field of Accounting and Financial Reporting, Management Accounting & Financial Management. He has conducted various workshop and training modules, especially in Computerized Accounting. He is also Microsoft Excel Certified.
